The Rival Mobile head office is located in Montreal, QC, Canada.
The status of an order can be checked via www.canadapost.ca using an assigned tracking number which is allocated and emailed to each customer upon the shipment of their order.
As soon as the order has been completed and the package shipped, an email is sent out to the customer notifying them of the expected arrival date along with the order’s tracking information.
There is up to a 48 hour processing time before an order is shipped.
All orders will be assigned a tracking number via Canada Post. As soon as the package is shipped the customer is notified of the tracking information through email. To check the status of a package, please refer to www.canadapost.ca.
Customers must first refer to the www.canadapost.ca and use their tracking number to check on the status of their order. It is the responsibility of Canada Post to notify customers whether or not their package has been delivered or whether it is still in transit. In the event that Canada Post states that the package has been delivered and the customer hasn’t received it, the next step is to contact the nearest local post office.
Shipment is available to all countries. Shipment fees vary according to weight and destination with the exception of Canadian and U.S. destinations. All shipments destined for Canada and the U.S. are free through expedited post (includes tracking number).
Orders will only be shipped to credit card billing addresses to protect the company against possible fraud.
There are no shipping fees for orders destined for Canada or the United States.
The shipping fee includes insurance through Canada post.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s custom and border regulations for any possible additional fees.
Please note that Rival Mobile are not liable for any additional sales taxes or import duties charged by individual states or countries.
Customers are fully entitled to cancel their order without penalty before the order is shipped out.
All Rival Mobile cellular phones are insured with a 7-day Rival Mobile warranty. If within this initial 7 day period the phone proves to be defective contact Rival Mobile immediately. Rival Mobile will either repair or replace your phone depending on the severity of the defect.
PLEASE NOTE: Rival Mobile's warranty does not cover neglectful or abusive handling of the phones along with improper installation of the phone. Rival Mobile are completely entitled to judge whether or not a phone has been damaged due to a customers’ mishandling of the phone.
Rival Mobile does not accept personal checks for both the protection the customers and the company.
Most cellular phones are locked to a particular service provider. By unlocking the phone, it allows the customer flexibility to use any SIM card from any service provider.
